What were the feelings and emotions that were wrapped up in you just prior to the experience? Many times things happen so that we can get to the root of the emotion that has been festering within your body for many years.
In order for you to heal, it is imperative that you clear out old thought patterns and old emotions so that you do not need to go through that experience ever again. The greatest point of power lies within you.
So take charge of your life as you revisit the scene or experience for a minute- see you becoming powerful --- re-directing and re-creating the experience. Tell this voice within you NO, tell him or her that they are now in
charge and this is how you are to be treated and spoken to from this moment forward. Than take several deep breathes from your core, your solar plexus - and blow out how this person made you feel. Release the hurt, abandonment, the anger or what ever the
emotion is once and for all. In truth, it never belonged to you. It was really their story not yours.
Allow yourself to forgive you first for this experience…. You must release the feelings that these emotions created within your body so that you can blow this experience out of your energy field and open the space for a new, healthy experience to come in. Then the emotion and the individual who triggered it in first place, their vibration or pattern link will now be severed once and for all and you will no longer need to go through it again. Once you break the ties or the link that created it in the first place, you will have the opportunity of creating a new story for you. I hope my response answers your question.
