Monica said – This is my first time doing this and I felt like a weight has been lifted from me. I still feel like when you were asking us to concentrate on one particular memory, I had a hard time doing it because there were a lot of memories surfacing in my head. And then one came out when I was a teenager. We moved overseas from where I grew up and it was a very, very traumatic experience for me. I remembered that time and I am really thinking that a lot of the turmoil in my life, the large drama and different instances are kind of tied into that one event of having to move—having no control over the move. That is why I am speaking with you and why I came on this call tonight, I am trying to uncover this situation and understand and resolve that which is following me around has latched on to me and caused the disruption in my life. Now more than ever it is important to listen to your emotions and allow yourself to feel the comfort and nurturing that comes from within you for that is when your healing will begin.

The truth is - if it is possible to have cancer- or to get any other sickness - it is equally possible not to have disease or conditions that compromise your health and well-being so that you DO NOT get sick. Do not allow fear- or the path of others to dictate your choices.
